Exhibit Space Rates

Exhibit space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis by Show Management. Applicable taxes extra. Terms: 50% deposit at time of booking. Exhibit space must be paid in full by September 15, 2011. See contract for details.

Exhibit Space Sales Procedures

• Exhibit space will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• General Space Sales open up to new exhibitors at 8:00am June 7, 2011.
• A 50% deposit is required 14 days from the invoice date. After 14 days, if the payment is not received, the exhibit space will be released and be made available to other exhibitors.
• Exhibit space will be confirmed within 5 working days of receiving your application.
